Hello! My name is Sherri Rose. I am a Board Certified Health Coach and working mother. Balancing the health, nutritional and dietary needs of my family is at the heart of everything I do.

My goal is to empower you with simple, straightforward information that allows you to make informed choices around nutrition, exercise, stress and sleep. I have a corporate background in mentoring, coaching and training. By combining my training with my personal and professional experience, I am able to guide clients to a healthier state of being.
I offer science-based nutrition education that is simple to understand, as well as, personal accountability to help you succeed on your journey. Hallmarks of my coaching practice are somatic and mindfulness practices, with a particular emphasis on mindful eating.

I provide a wide range of services to help individuals and families achieve their wellness goals. My services include a variety of customizable group workshops, individual consultations, wellness luncheons, and lectures that are appropriate for businesses, schools, community groups, teachers, parent groups, churches, home schools, individuals, and more!
