Coaching Services

  • One on One Coaching

In a comfortable one on one setting, we will explore your habits and attitude around food, exercise, sleep and stress. Each session will include a discussion around goals and action planning. Educational information, tips and strategies are shared as needed.

  • Group Coaching

Join us in a group setting as we use science based research to explore how food affects our brain, our body and our behavior. This is a great opportunity to hear from others, make some new friends and connect with others who understand and support you in your health and wellness journey.

  • Mindful Eating Series - Ditching the Diet Culture

Find freedom to enjoy the foods you love and to appreciate food for the effect it has on your body and your health. Through increased awareness of your body’s own signals, you can learn to feed yourself without judgment or guilt. Mindful eating is not about rules, about dieting or being perfect. Mindful eating is about slowing down, eating with intention and learning to trust your body’s signals for quantity, quality and satiation. Available for both individual and group coaching sessions.​

  • Additional Group Workshops & Workplace Wellness Programs

A variety of topics are available for workshops and lunch & learn gatherings. These programs increase healthy behaviors and raise awareness to help curb the risk of lifestyle-related disease. For employers, consider the value of engaging and caring for employees while boosting productivity and elevating company culture.

  • Pantry Makeover

Let's meet for a personalized session to review items in your fridge and pantry. You will learn the concept of Traffic Light Eating and how to read food labels to help you easily and quickly determine the best foods to choose for you and your family. Additional tips and tricks will be provided to help prepare you for your next trip to the grocery store!

  • Guided Shopping Session

Feel more confident in your ability to shop for healthy foods. I will accompany you to your local grocery store and help you select the best foods for you and your family. Learn to shop for products that are the best and worst in terms of both nutritional and monetary value.

  • Meal Planning

Learn how to organize your recipes, shop and meal prep with ease. We will create personalized plans to help you prepare nutritious and tasty meals. I will share some time and money saving tips with you, as well as, provide you with tools that take the daily guess work out of making meals for you and your family!
